Ayurvedic massage of head, hands, and feet
Padabhyanga – Ayurvedic Foot Massage
An extremely soothing and relaxing massage that has a renewing and strengthening effect on your entire body. With warm oils, your feet and calves are skillfully stroked, massaged, and revitalized all the way up to the knees.
Hathabhyanga – Ayurvedic Hand Massage
Just like the foot massage, it stimulates metabolism, supports lymphatic flow, promotes relaxation, and energizes the body.
The seven marma points on the hand help strengthen the heart, breathing, and lung function, and relax tense muscles.
Shiroabhyanga and Mukhabianga – Ayurvedic Head and Face Massage
As the third complementary part of the Ayurvedic treatment, the combined head and face massage is an intense experience for mental “letting go.” It is both stimulating, thanks to the strong massage techniques on the head, neck, and shoulders, and deeply relaxing during the massage of the face, neck, and décolleté. It relieves nervous tension, nourishes the skin with high-quality ingredients, and improves your radiance.
I practice these three together because they complement each other very well and enhance the effect.
Cost of the 3 massages: 60 min €70
When should you avoid a massage?
-
If you are suffering from an acute infection, such as a cold, flu, or skin infection.
-
Fever: If you have a fever or elevated body temperature, it is not advisable to have a massage, as it may worsen the symptoms.
-
In cases of acute skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, or severe skin irritation, massage should be avoided to prevent further irritation or worsening of symptoms.
-
In the case of open wounds, bruises, sprains, or fractures in the head, neck, or shoulder area, massage should be avoided to prevent additional injury or discomfort.
-

The above-mentioned areas of application do not constitute a promise of healing or a guarantee of relief or improvement of illnesses or ailments.
